Streamtime™ follows all published best practices for managing a successful creative business. Streamtime™ assumes that you estimate jobs based on a series of tasks each of which will have an estimated time allocated to it. That jobs are broken into tasks each of which can have its own deadline and can be allocated to one or many staff members. That you record time and prioritize jobs through your studio based on task deadlines. That there is a relationship between the estimate, time recorded and the final invoice or invoices for a job. Streamtime™ allows for these rules to be broken but in doing so job reporting can be compromised.
